The client of this newly built home in Brentwood needed a landscape to comply with water saving mandates so some of the things implemented were an underground cistern, permeable pavers, and a smart drip system. Marathon II grass was planted in front with fruitless olive trees and a lawn alternative in the backyard called Kurapia. Also, Ilex and Laurel hedges for privacy with a varied green and white planting scheme throughout.
